My approach to marketing any house is to think outside the box. Most buyers shop for their next home online. I do my best to present your house online in many ways to draw buyers in so they want to see it. When they walk in your house, I want them to feel like they have been there before based off the pictures they saw online. I like to utilize any new technology that is available to get your house the most exposure possible.

RE/MAX is in 110 Countries and Territories Worldwide. You get worldwide exposure for the same commission you would pay a local company like Blue Marlin or Tropical Realty.
My proposed fee structure is 5% with 2.5% to listing agent and 2.5% going to selling agent.
I will offer $250 credit toward closing costs since you have used my services before.
Other than customary seller's closing costs, I DO NOT have
- Marketing Fees
- Administrative Fees
- Cancellation Fees
- I do NOT keep any of the escrow if a deal falls through
When it comes to finding a listing price, I consider all angles. Not only the houses that have recently sold but what is currently on the market and how long it has been on the market along with market trends. You can learn a lot from previous listings and current listings about where buyers feel the most comfortable when making an offer. With me working with both buyers and sellers, it helps me know what buyers are looking for in today's market and where a seller needs to price their property to get a quick offer.

I have been licensed since 2003 and work full-time as a Realtor. I have been with RE/MAX for 6 years now. I received the Executive Club award for 2014-2016 and 2019 and the 100% Club for 2017 and 2018.
You guys met me at the Constellation Condos in Cocoa Beach where you saw how hard I worked to try to get your deal done. I sold Jodi's father's house in 2016 for full asking price. I have a photography background which allows me to capture the pictures that I feel best represents the house I am listing. I customize my listings to bring out the highlights and character of each house I list. As I stated in the marketing section, I like to think outside the box to draw as much attention as I can to my listings. I study the numbers of all listings from every angle to find a sweet spot that will get an offer submitted quickly with a price you feel if fair. On all my deals, I aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
